Car carrier ship enters the upper chamber of the Gatun locks

Four timed shots depicting the anticruisers' lock-mate -- a car carrier freighter -- entering the chamber and snuggling up behind the eensy-weensy, plastic boat this death-defying picture was taken from. In the third frame (lower left) the locomotives that guide the ships through the locks, mere inches from the canal-rash-causing side walls, can be seen in action.
